Simple hand gestures can make a meeting faster and easier. Hand gestures are precise at once. Everyone understands simple gestures. Sometimes you don't need to talk at all. After all, to cite a simple but straightforward example: the middle finger gesture needs no explanation. Fortunately, other easy-to-use gestures have been devised for meetings.
The easiest way is to agree in advance which hand gestures can be used, show them to everyone and explain their meaning. This prevents misunderstandings about a gesture. Decision-making in large(er) groups is more accessible if you introduce hand gestures.
